| At the time of placing your order or placing a deposit you will be issued with a Deposit Protection and Insured Guarantee Certificate from Shear Pride Conservatories. | |
| This document will protect your deposit, prior to the commencement of the contract / works up to 25% of the contract value (maximum contract value £20,000). Subject to the terms and conditions of the certificate. | |
| Once your contract has been completed to your satisfaction then your Guarantee, underwritten by Lloyds of London, will be issued for a period of up to ten years. |
